Content Moderation Policy

Effective Date: October 23, 2026

AI Video API is operated by ARTTA TECH LIMITED. This policy forms part of our Terms of Use and applies to everyone using our website or API, including prompts, reference materials, generated images, videos, audio, and other outputs.

Report abuse or request content removal at support@aivideoapi.ai. You do not need an account or a purchase to report a concern. See how to report and our response targets below.

1. Prohibited Content and Uses

  • Sexual exploitation of children: Any material that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse, grooming, or sexualization of minors, including AI-generated, manipulated, or fictional depictions.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: Creating, altering, or distributing intimate or sexualized images, video, or audio of a person without consent, including deepfakes, face swaps, and tools or prompts intended to remove clothing.
  • NSFW content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or excessively graphic violent material. Consent does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.
  • Harmful impersonation:Using someone's likeness or voice for scams, identity fraud, fake endorsements, fabricated evidence, harassment, blackmail, or misleading people about an authentic statement or event.
  • Other abuse: Illegal activity, threats, promotion of violence or hatred, privacy violations, or infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights.
  • Safeguard evasion: Bypassing safety checks, disguising prohibited requests, or using multiple accounts or API keys to evade enforcement.

2. Consent and Disclosure for Synthetic Media

Before uploading or generating content involving an identifiable person, you must have the necessary rights and consent to use their image, likeness, voice, and personal data. A publicly available photo or recording is not by itself permission. We may request evidence of authorization when investigating suspected misuse.

Clearly label realistic AI-generated or manipulated media when a viewer could mistake it for an authentic recording. Do not falsely imply that a person participated in, endorsed, or said something. Labels, parody, or artistic intent do not excuse prohibited content or remove consent requirements.

3. Moderation and Abuse Prevention

Automated safety checks are available in supported generation and moderation workflows. Coverage varies by feature and model, and automated checks can miss harmful content or incorrectly flag lawful content. Users remain responsible for complying with this policy.

We may review reported or flagged content and relevant account activity, ask for context or evidence of consent, reject requests, restrict access to content under our control, and suspend or disable accounts or API keys. Reports and appeals may be reviewed by our support team. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of access; suspected illegal activity may be referred to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

4. Reporting Abuse and Requesting Removal

Anyone, including a person depicted in content or their authorized representative, can email support@aivideoapi.ai with the subject Content abuse report. For non-consensual intimate imagery, child safety, or an immediate threat, add Urgent to the subject. The same reporting link is available in our website footer.

Please include, where available:

  • The content URL, task ID, or other information that helps us locate the content.
  • A brief description of the concern and the policy you believe is being violated.
  • For consent or impersonation complaints, whether you are the person affected or their authorized representative, and why the use is unauthorized.
  • Your contact email, the action you are requesting, and a statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Include your typed name if making a formal removal request on your own or another person's behalf.

You can report with the information you have; we may ask for details needed to locate or assess the content. Send links and descriptions rather than copies of illegal or intimate material. Never include passwords, API keys, or payment details. Report handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Review Process and Response Targets

  • Acknowledgment: We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days of receipt and request any information needed for review.
  • Urgent reports: We prioritize child safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, and credible threats. We aim to assess these reports and restrict access to identified harmful content under our control within 48 hours of receipt, while the investigation continues.
  • Review and outcome: We aim to review and resolve reports within 7 business days of receipt. If further investigation is needed, we aim to provide a progress update within that period, explain the delay, and give an expected next step.

These are operational targets, not guaranteed resolution times. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Any shorter deadline required by applicable law takes precedence. Where legally required, we remove reported content and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within that deadline.

We assess the report, available evidence, consent, and applicable rules. When a violation is identified, we may remove or disable access to content under our control and take account-level action. We aim to inform the reporter of the outcome and, where appropriate, notify the affected account holder without exposing unnecessary personal information or compromising an investigation. Content hosted outside our control may also need to be reported to the service hosting it.

6. Appeals

If you believe a moderation or report decision is incorrect, reply to the decision email or contact support@aivideoapi.ai with the subject Content moderation appeal. Include the original report or task reference, the reason for your appeal, and any relevant supporting evidence. We aim to review appeals within 7 business days and explain the outcome or any delay. Restrictions may remain in place during review, and an appeal does not guarantee restoration.

7. Policy Updates and Contact

We may update this policy as our services and safety practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
