4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content (prompts, images, videos) you submit to or generate through our services. By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our services.

6. Credits and Payments

  • Our services operate on a credit-based system. 1 credit = $0.005 USD.
  • Purchased credits never expire.
  • Refunds are available upon request by contacting our support team.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. API Keys

API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and are liable for all usage incurred through them. We recommend enabling IP whitelisting and setting spend limits to protect your account.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any disruptions caused by upstream AI model providers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
